You can order this "Workout Motivation" t-shirt on several different sizes, colors, and styles of shirts including short sleeve shirts, hoodies, and tank tops.

Each shirt is digitally printed when ordered, and shipped from Northern California.

Tags and other details:
Shirt tags may be branded Chummy Tees or the original manufacturer's tags depending on availability. Please note - All items may shrink in the wash.

Fabric Content:

T-Shirts:

Grey - Made with a very soft 90/10 ringspun cotton/polyester blend. White - Made with very soft 100% ringspun cotton.

Tanks:

Grey - Made with a 90/10 heavy cotton/polyester blend. White - Made with 100% heavy cotton.

Hoodies:

Grey - Made with a heavy 50/50 heavy cotton/polyester blend.

Size Chart:

99% of exchanges/returns could be avoided by using the above size guide instead of "sizing up" or guessing/assuming what will fit.

We don't offer refunds at this time however we do offer exchanges if you want the same design on a different size. Read our full return/exchange policy here.

We offer 2 levels of shipping - Budget, and Expedited. Both include tracking within the United States.

Budget shipping = USPS 1st Class. (2-8 days) Expedited shipping = USPS Priority mail. (3-5 days) International orders = USPS 1st Class International mail. s

Shipping and arrival dates are not guaranteed. We do however try to get them into your hands as quickly as possible. These estimates do not include manufacturing time which varies (usually between 1-3 days).
