Lane Closures on N.
Spartan Boulevard Scheduled to Continue until May 31
Charleston County RoadWise advises the public that intermittent lane
closures on North Spartan Boulevard in North Charleston will be utilized as
needed until Sunday, May 31.
The
intermittent lane closures are required to install a concrete curb and place
asphalt on the new and existing roadway.
At no
point will the entire roadway be blocked to traffic. Traffic traveling in each
direction on North Spartan Boulevard will be affected for approximately 2,200
feet.
The public
is asked to be aware of the reduced speed limit of 25 mph and the flagman
operations in this area.

County RoadWise is the name of
Charleston County Government’s
management program for the construction of roads, highways, resurfacing, paving
and drainage projects that are funded by the Transportation Half-Cent Sales Tax.
